LDJ helped Foursquare (FSQ) return to live, with their aptly named “IRL” full company event in NY. LDJ did an extensive venue search before landing at a perfect location in Brooklyn, and fully realized and created the IRL set design and overall environment. The leader in geo-location services world-wide for mobile applications, FSQ needed to showcase cutting edge to their staff, as well as fun and excitement now that they were all live again. Our creative team dreamed up the futuristic, dimensional set and hexagonal motif, creating a design language exclusive for FSQ. LDJ provided all creative design, project management, logistics, show direction, and event staffing.
LDJ helped produce Audible’s main booth setup at the annual Grace Hopper Celebration event, in Orlando, FL. This event brings together the best of the best tech (and tech-forward companies) vying over the very best female engineering candidates in the nation’s biggest recruitment event of its kind. LDJ’s role was providing logistics support across a week’s worth of offsite events, working with Audible creative to scope out the various printed and placed materials, and building and executing the main booth inside the Orange County Convention Center.

Beginning in 2021, META (formerly Facebook) brought LDJ in to help produce a special event for invited guests only during the annual Ad Council Gala Dinner. META was able to bring along fellow dinner sponsor, Google, to help share the expense of this special event running alongside the Gala dinner. LDJ worked with the creative and marketing team leads to envision and build a custom photo moment and DJ booth for the event. This same event, in 2021, had aerialists suspended from the ceiling, while the 2022 event leaned into the use of reflective “disco-balls” that we lit specifically using hung spots for maximum effect.
LDJ partnered with Fastly on their return to live events, with the annual Altitude event, which is the publicly traded companies’ primary customer interaction event. The sessions were punctuated by Q&A time, allowing customers to ask lead developer teams specific questions or give feedback on things they’d like to see additional development time and resources put into to make the product even more advanced.
Since 2017, LDJ has produced Fal.Con 2017 for cyber-security firm, Crowdstrike.
